Well,I have some bad news about the Zoo...the monorail still has ice on it and many places are shaded, which has not lead to thawing...as well, many of the animals and exhibits will be closed due to ground saturation, mud and too cold weather. There are lost of places and things to do around downtown if you want, museums, etc. Just reporting in from the friends and colleagues who work at the Zoo who will also be busy repairing after the ice strom to tend to us.

Trucker GB is on his way!
I dropped him at the airport about an hour ago. He was wearing his best pair of overalls too, so obviously he's taking this bash very seriously. BTW, he also happens to be Cornish, so don't worry if you can't understand a word he says, neither can I. If you feed him a few beers he burbles quite pleasantly.
