I know lots of really good caterers, and it wouldn't cost that much per person. The caterer will bring the food, drink (nonalcoholic) and utensils, set up, serve, and clean up after. If we already have the room, the cost per person for the food would probably be about $10 or a little more, which isn't too bad. I'll bring my catering book home this weekend and we can discuss.

Valis, I would like to thank you for your hard work and determination to find a nice place for us to meet. You seem to be going above and beyond coordinating this event and I want you to know that as far as I'm concerned you drink for free Saturday night.
I would like to throw my two cents in and say that this last place that you suggested sounds great and as long as they have a true Texas steak and a bar that can make a drink a minute...then you've done good. It being on the same street as the Bradford is a bonus.
In addition, since there are so many cool contests that are being setup and arranged, I would like to introduce a couple of contests myself.
1.) Best pillow biter contest
2.) Best pillow mint eater contest
3.) Best looking waking up the next morning contest
4.) Best looking in panties and one of slipnslidemasters teeshirts contest

scoot...its probably one of our better bike shops close to downtown...all the others are way out in BFE...but this one is just up the way and very close to my house, which I like...I have even gotten used to riding there on my Shadow..*LOL* Not quite a Harley...but they are very nice and always are very helpful.. They also have some kick ass custom bikes there too...Harleys, Victory's, Big Dogs?, and just straight out chopped up custom motors..

I have to go to Easy Riders today anyway, so I planned on stopping in a Dunston's and perusing the scene..I will also be on the phone w/the Bradford, to see about a big room and will get back ASAP about it....I also have a couple other ideas...one would be the Bronco Bowl where we could have a bowling alley, games, a bar and probably get a separate room fairly cheap...I'll be looking into that as well...it might be fun...and we could have our own musica as well...
