Oh, uh, erm ..... New Light! Yes, we need some New Light on this subject. We Texans don't know the proper way to wear a kilt. Yeah that's it. We wouldn't want to offend Little Toe. Isn't there some sort of law in Scotland against Americans wearing kilts? We can't have an international incident what with the world situation being what it is.
