Well, my fluff thread on eggs went over pretty well, so I thought I would start one on bacon. Now, of course, bacon and eggs go together. That is axiomatic. So, I have to ask. What other preferances to you have for bacon????? Well, I have many. A BLT is delightful. I like bacon in potato soup, on top of a cheese burger, and in German Potato Salad. Bacon in a salad is nice too. Did I cover it all????? (Larc, of the orally fixated class.)

Bacon goes on just about everything, especially my aging arteries
If you like it with eggs, which is pretty much a given, try it along with grits and melted cheese.
Also, bacon is a must in Clam Chowder
