I like to say,"current idea/understanding". As has been brought out, if it was shit-canned because it was wrong then it was never true. If it cannot be proven, you cannot honestly claim its truth. You sure as hell shouldn't be attacking people for not swearing allegiance to an idea.

the truth is that it was a lie
so let's all just give that a try
I refer to it as "the religion," "the Watchtower religion" or "the Jehovah's Witness religion." Religion is exactly what it is, yet it really iritates JWs.
