Sigh. The web site version of the Bible has a header which simply contains the name of the book. It would have taken additional programming to make it singular when a single Psalm was pulled up. If we are talking about the printed Bible or the PDF, then you can look at the headers for the pages with Psalm 119 on them and they will say "Psalm" singular, because it's a single Psalm that spans that whole page.
