    cold steel-I disagree.

I think DD should be all lovey dovey. Make the meal on a meeting night for her, buy flowers and chocolates. She won't mind then what he does or doesn't study.

God wants us to live in peace and happiness on a paradise earth forever!

You may wonder, though, ‘How could that ever happen?’ The Bible says that God’s Kingdom will make it possible, and it is God’s will that all people learn about that Kingdom and his purpose for us.Psalm 37:11, 29; Isaiah 9:7.

Well if that is really true then why does God hide these truths in his word why not have people who can preform miracles to prove you sent them speak these truth? Why use a bunch of incompetent men who keep getting the message wrong and have to keep changing it all the time. To act thusly seems to indicate God is not too concerned about people learning these things, in fact it makes God's supposed methodology of revelation in need a lot of tweeking and a bit more practicality..otherwise it makes god look unconcerned and uncaring.

God wants us to benefit ourselves.

Just as a good father wishes the best for his children, our heavenly Father desires that we enjoy eternal happiness. (Isaiah 48:17, 18) He has promised that the one who “does the will of God remains forever.”—1 John 2:17.

How do they know what Jehovah wishes? In the Bible Jehovah does a lot of killing with heavy collateral damage on innocent by standers, how do they know Jehovah wishes the best for his children? My bible reading shows God killing even innocent animals when he's in a rage, to make himself feel better.

God wants us to walk in his paths.

The Bible says that our Creator wants to “instruct us about his ways” so that we can “walk in his paths.” (Isaiah 2:2, 3) He has organized “a people for his name” to make his will known throughout the earth.—Acts 15:14.

Take 2 scriptures 6 or 7 hundred years a part put them together, then make it apply to our day. Do you see how it works? With this method one could make the bible or Jehovah say just about anything on any subject depending on the gulibility of reader of course.

I sat through the coverage of the brochure yesterday.

It was like being in a kindergarden.

" Now children, let us find the answer to the question on para 1.

If you get it right I will give you a star"

Good grief.....how many more weeks to go

JEHOVAH (tm), a made up GOD, based on a non-FDS/GB Catholic Monk's interpretation of YHWH.... So, who ARE doing JEHOVAH'S will?

BTW, per the nu-light (tm) concerning the FDS, ONLY the FDS can dispense "spiritual food." That's what makes them the FDS. It's their identifying mark, if you will. In fact, it's the only one they have left. You see, back in the day when old light reigned and pre-adjusted truth was the rule of the day, the primary reason for trusting the "Slave" was that Jesus trusted them. That's old light now. Now we trust them because they are the FDS. How do we know this? They, and ONLY they, dispense " spiritual food." It's THE identifying mark of the FDS.

So if God's word and the teachings contained within are the ultimate "spiritual food ", what possible stock can we put in Raymundis Martini's homebrew induced revelation about the pronunciation of YHWH? He was not part of the GB/FDS, so he COULD NOT have been dispensing "spiritual food", it's a scriptural impossibility. Right?!

Are we to believe that God's one channel, the small group of elite, spiritually mature and wise men, the GREATEST COLLECTIVE in history, have relied on a member of Babylon The Great for their most unique and holy teaching??? Think about that! ANYTHING that is not from World Headquarters, post 1919, CANNOT be "spiritual food", because the FDS did not dispense it. This would include anything pre-1919, including all of CTR's writings, the writings that he based his beliefs and theories on, and the very religious councils that chose the very books of the Bible. How can we trust the decisions of that ancient council?! Were they part of the collective FDS with the authority and ability to interpret holy writings? Did they have the authority to dispense anything?!

The JW teaching of the GB/FDS is an asenine idea. It's total garbage. Anyone who cares about actual truth, simply cannot accept it. It is an utterly false idea of fallible men. It is not to be trusted. Please, wake up if you have not already.

I agree, you posted a perfect example of circular reasoning. Well done Kate xx
