In the short period since I started posting i've noticed loads of new posters (my wife being one). It seems from people we've spoken to as a couple there's a lot of JW's unhappy with the direction the Org is going, aswell as those who've had those wtf moment but not made any meaningful connections to the fact this is nothing more than a cult.

The first year is the hardest ....that's usually when you
take some pretty hard hits, friends withdrawing, discovering
you have been lied to for many years ...that is hard to take!
But I tell you.....finding out that all those burdensome loads,
& demands of obedience to stupid stuff .... is such a fantastic
relief & pure joy...........to be free is everything!

Welcome to all the newbies and the lurkers who are potential newbies .
If any of you were anything like me , some posts came as a complete shock ! My immediate reaction was BS , that cant be right , that has to be an exageration , their is no way they would participate in that . etc.etc.
EG:The U.N. involvement as an NGO for 10 years , The Malawi - Mexico double standards ,The use of cow blood , Failing to be neutral in WW1 I could excuse but also inWW2 ? as well as investments and participation in the war effort itself ? Just to name a few.
And the apostate fear would try to take hold and I had to flee or investigate with more research and an open mind.
Thankfully I did , and you will benefit too .
