Found Sheep - Thanks. As for dealing with it it seems to get easier with time but it's a long process. I do of course, have my Brit stiff upper lip which helps me cope.

I am very sorry to hear about how things are with the missus. That would be so hard to live with. It's difficult being alone all the time, but I don't think I could endure what you go through every day.
