The European Branch translated this WT in my language a little bit different. Translated back in english it reads:
A Kingdom Hall is a building - dedicated to Jehovah, and thus the hall actually belongs to him – regardless of who the registered owner is.

So then the property title deed belongs to Jehovah
or................... the Watchtower Corporation.
So any congregations that still haven't transferred the title property deed over to the WTS should do as not to anger god.
