One more thing---any attempts at reform will be viewed as apostacy with this group. And what Deist said---try Unitarian Universalist. I go to UU and I don't believe---but they don't care. They simply help you on your spiritual journey no matter where it leads. Warm, welcoming, inclusive and yielding. It's a good community.
Or perhaps you could look at United Church of Christ---another accepting and liberal group. The point is, there are many, many options, and you have not yet begun
