So you have perfect knowledge on the subject, is that what you are saying?
And that, rather go to a website or contact a local department on the subject, you know better than anyone else on this subject?
    Really? REALLY????.....BP

Canadian Government Food safety exams are tough..

I`m told I am one of the very few,to ever score 100% on the written test..

Go to whatever Website you want..Then come back and prove me wrong..

Can you provide any information at all,to prove me wrong?..

Hey, that was my thread - and I'm still here!!!

Living alone probably makes my food handling different from most people. I tend to cook enough for several days at a time. Once my cooking is done, I immediately create meal-sized portions in containers and put it in the freezer. The stove is for cooking, not storage, so nothing ever stays on the stove or in the oven. I can't count the number of times I was violently ill because of poorly handled food, especially turkey. My mom used to store it in the oven in its roaster for several days because there was no room in the fridge. It makes me shudder to think about it now.

Since I started living alone and handling my own food I've never had a food related illness.
