I wear a shirt that reads, "THINK IT'S NOT ILLEGAL YET."

Think! It's Not Illegal -- Yet.

Never being associated with any religion excepts the JW Cult, is their position that the bible is 100% God's inspired word unique?

No. All Fundamentalists hold the Bible to the "inerrant Word of God".

Of all Christianity, however, this is a minority position. Ask a Catholic about Genesis and you'll see what I mean.

If “No” how can Jehovah's Witnesses be blamed for:

    The Blood Policy:

It seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us not to burden you with anything beyond the following requirements: You are to abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality. You will do well to avoid these things. Acts 15:28-29

    Excommunication:

    http://niv.scripturetext.com/1_corinthians/5.htm

    Expel the Immoral Brother!

I have written you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people— not at all meaning the people of this world who are immoral, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters. In that case you would have to leave this world. But now I am writing you that you must not associate with anyone who calls himself a brother but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or a slanderer, a drunkard or a swindler. With such a man do not even eat.

What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked man from among you.”

Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to turn

    a man against his father,

    a daughter against her mother,

    a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law—

a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.

“Do not allow a sorceress to live. Exodus 22:18

From 1484 to 1782, the Christian church put to death about 300,000 women for witchcraft.

"'If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads. Leviticus 20:13

In the year 390, the Christian emperors Valentinian II, Theodosius I and Arcadius denounced males "acting the part of a woman", condemning those who were guilty of such acts to be publicly burned.

AiW I think in the other post - we have established that JW's are toatlly inconsistent with the implemantation of Acts 15 - which is incidently is talking about EATING of blood.

Sunning is completely inhumane and hardly shows love and respect especially when it comes to family members.

The point is you can blame the Bible, you can blame religion and the idea of a higher power that exacts punishment, but JWs are just a small fraction of that.

In other words: "So I might have killed Ms Harrison with a knife, but there are plenty of killers out there, so why do you care?"

No, I don't. I believe it's various human's historical experiences and accounts. Some may have happened, some may have NOT happened. History is full of people from different nations exaggerating the truth to propound their belief systems , or control over the population. Some of that Bible stuff- like John's Revelation while locked up on Patmos ( allegedly ) was either very vivid dreams he wrote down or one hell of an LSD trip. But, no- not Gods word- just historical references by humans to suit their purposes

The Bible is actually far more interesting than the Witnesses will ever know, because they will never believe the cut/paste atrocities that the Bible went through to get to its present composition. So much of the Old Testament was quoted in the New Testament to give it credibility and now to us it seems like prophecy fulfilled, but its all just clever editing. A fascinating book, but only a book.
