JW's misrepresenting themselves again:
Smith said he voted to allow the Jehovah's Witnesses to use wine because no one would drink it.
"I had no problem getting them an exception because in their case it was ceremonial. It's going to be in a wine glass and not be consumed by anybody," he said.
How is that to be enforced? Will the congregation(s) go around telling everyone they absolutely cannot drink the wine? What a joke.

And that's the irony - they need a license or an exemption or whatever to serve wine that no one will drink!
Why couldn't they just have unopened bottles of wine there instead of poured glasses? The effect would be the same.
