I've been out of the JW's for 8 years, and wasn't raised in it. I was in it for 30 years but when I think of JW's today I feel a sadness for them and how much they have sacrificed to separate themselves from other people who could enrich their lives so much more than just the JW community.
I would say I feel sorry for them and that is what pops into my mind right off when they come into my mind.
