Recently there was a thread about the evils of "social networking" for Witnesses. Facebook, My Space and other similar sites are "worldly" and to be avoided.
Before you know, nearly everything will be considered unacceptable for a Christian Witness of Jehovah. Let's have fun and go to extremes...What else will be a no-no?
Having the evil interwebs in your home.
If they could get away with it, it would be improper to:
watch cable or network television at all.
read any magazines other than WT and Awake.
donate any money to anything whatsoever except WTS.
buy anything except a great "service" vehicle.
not laminate (at personal expense) any WT literature that you use personally.
think for yourself without consulting your WT library.
put less than 10% of your income in the contribution box.
leave your "estate" to anyone but WTS.
if they could, they'd forbid any sexual position other than missionary style.
They'd forbid logo tee shirts. (Oops, I forgot. That's already banned.)

No more reading the newspaper or watching the news, Jehovah will let you know what is going on in due time, through the congregations... !!
In our congregation you would think it is improper to call a child anything but a Bible name..........................I was gonna call my Daughter Jezebel!!!
Maybe they would forbid laughter. They have serious life-saving work to do!
I would definitly see uniforms, made and sold by headquarters. Purple triangles on the shoulders, little tract pockets on the inside lapel.
