Your Lucky!! ..It`s $3.82 per gallon where I am...........................

    Apples, oranges and bananas ??:

Outlaw, if you are using Canadian gallons AND Canadian dollars this might be closer:

That's closer to 2.57$ US, perhaps; I'm not sure if I got it right, but how many conversions are in play here?

2.23, outer SF Bay Area. Granted it's consistently the cheapest station in the area.

My own personal theory, is that the Gas Co's got what they wanted, more drilling, future profits (even though they have hardly been drilling). Consumption dropped, but it was worth it, they made a great buck, and secured future rapeage of the land and sea. Now back to business as semi usual.

I don't know if the pix is legible, so here are calculations in text:

    Canadian price 3.82 Can$

    Canadian gallon> US gallon 0.83

    Conversion factor

    Canadian > US gallon 3.17 Can$

    Equivalent in Can $

    Canadian > US $ 0.809

    Current exchange rate

    Example (3.17) x 2.565 US$

    Conversion rate

And I hear in parts of the country it's below $2 a gallon!

Regular is $1.799 here as of last night.

I don't care who is responsible for the price drops, I am just thankful that it did.

  • wha happened?

I paid $1.89 for it at Kroger in Seymour, Tennessee on Thursday.

That BS story from the WTBTS regarding the Congregation Book Study and gas prices should wake up some JW's but it probably won't.

    Gas is $1.98/gal here.

    wha happened?

yea we've all joked about the gas prices falling right after the announcement. And yet the avg JW is so oblivious.

The last time I got gas it was $1.99/gal. Now the average is @2.19/gal. Through all of this we have been running under the national average but it seems like now we are going up when other towns are going down?
