French Canadiens have an awesome dish called Poutin.........it is French fries with cheese and gravy......THAT is a comfort food, imo!!!!

Here in the States once in a while I get a craving for Chicken Fried Steak with FF's on the side.....or garlic mashed potatoes.................mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!

PS. They have this new pasta made out of brown rice, has anyone tried it? If it's good, there might be a chance to make a lo-cal/carb tasty mac and cheese.
