Don't know if anyone reads this thread anymore but I just wanted to update to say that its been bout three weeks since my last elders meeting and now they want to meet again. I tried to post-pone it but I got cornered into THIS Sunday I'm so pissed at myself! I might blow them off, or go and say watever I feel I'm not sure yet. I'm ready for this to be over. Have a good weekend everyone- TGIF!

The elder who called me said I was taking too long with my decision and they have other things to take care of too, so they need to pretty much get me out of the way! I won't tell them anything! I might even tell them I stopped seeing him, then move in with a roommate, change halls then get married to him.I can really see how controlling this religion really is!

first of all...congrats on the graduation...maybe I missed this thread earlier... second...dont meet with them.... I used to be an elder....and elders are by design nothing but trouble. Even though I didnt beat to their drum exactly, I still was by design, a self-righteous a$$hole...meddling where I ought not..thinking I was doing the right thing by Jehober....:::gag:::: ..... If you want to marry your guy, do it... dont admit to premarital anything...... as long as you are a) not living with him before marriage and b) not caught by 2 JWs seeing him go into the same place overnight they cant do a damn thing to you....AS LONG AS YOU KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT .... They got nothing because if they did, they would have already done something.... idiot elders.... Snakes () feel free to PM if you need some more back room insights on these fools...

Sounds like you are walking into thier witch hunt. That line you mentioned they said about pornei having a wide range is indicative of thier mindset. Even if you didn't knock boots, they will still want to know if fiance' went to second base or whatever else gets them off. Whatever the case, I agree that you don't owe anyone an explanation. I'd get real busy real quick. I'm not feeling thier love right now only the desire to control who you marry and what you do with that person.
