Embarassing the WT corporation by being caught at the airport taking pictures of
    little boys.

Any sexual allegation that doesn't involve penetration. (Heavy petting, viewing
    pornography, stuff like that.)

    Elaborating on loose conduct????

    One of my favorite subjects.

    Here goes...and I quote...page 93, unit 5(a) Elder book....(drum role please)

"Loose conduct is a shocking, flagrant, disregard for Jehovah's moral standards.

It may include the willful practice of heavy petting or the fondling of breasts.

The nature, circumstances, and actual extent of what has occured may indicate loose conduct, which would require judicial action. (translation - ask a lot of detailed questions- yuck)"

Guess what? MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS! The fact that three older men are allowed to question young men and women about the details of their sexual exploits is beyond ludicrous.... I KNOW FOR A FACT that many elders LOVE SERVING ON THESE KIND OF COMMITTEES.

It is a very weird group that we all got ourselves tangled up with at one point or another, isn't it?

"Loose conduct" is also the reason to get you if you are caught (or confess to) viewing certain types of pornography.

There was a BOE latter about 2 years ago outlining (in rather graphic detail) what to do if an elder, MS, or even regular publisher was known to view pornography.

There is a series of questions the investigating elders are supposed to ask, and the answers deteremine if the "offence" is:

-- Mere "uncleanness" (standard Playboy / Penthouse stuff) -- in which case just "strong counsel" would be deemed sufficient

-- "uncleanness with greediness" (stronger porn, including homo & child) -- removal of privileges

-- If there is no acceptable response to the "uncleanness with greediness" counsel, that could be construed as "loose conduct" and result in a DF

Just operating from memory here, if anyone has access to that letter, please correct any errors I have written regarding the above.

Oh, and of course there was a letter the COs read to all BOEs about 6 or 7 years ago. "Cyber-sex" is now a DF offence.
