Thanks DJK, I appreciate the kind words. This whole process went pretty fast. They knew they wanted to hire and I was in the right place at the right time with the right skills and the right attitude.

I received so much help from people on this board with my resume and then with suggestions on how to approach the interview and such. I'm pretty sure that my calling back the company and politely reminding them that they have my resume and that I'd really appreciate an interview made a difference. Overall, it was a very good experience and did wonders for my self-esteem.

So, thanks for all the kind words and good vibes and positive thoughts and the rest. It all helped.
