NJ, Congratulations, I am very happy for you.
You may not have been too old to go back to school; but, I am. 46 plus 8 years, of giving up all my free time to get a BS degree at 54, it doesn't add up for me. I plan to retire by then, plus, I am too damn lazy to do it.

Congratulations for obtaining your master's degree. Nowadays the education of adults, adult learning as it is otherwise called, is quite fashionable. Politicians are trying to promote it and the general public no longer sees students of over 40 as being something strange.
