I don't know how you are dealing with this. With me, it's been my mom and siblings, but a spouse would be incredibly difficult.
It is very frustrating. But don't lose hope, you may have gotten her to think a little. Give it some time, let it rest. Who knows, maybe the bit that you brought up will get her to start thinking.
