1) You don't have to wait a year to see Doctor Who as we do in the U.S.

2) You don't get our Geico commercials. We don't get your crazy frogs.

3) Cadbury's a helluva lot better than Hershey's tasteless confections. Curly Wurlies remind me of the Marathon bars of my childhood.

4) You've got those killer Indian food microwaveable meals. Kicks the hiney of any frozen dinners available in the U.S.

Of course, all of this is imvho....

Hate ; the labour govt, the rail net work, fuel prices , fat cat salaries, Cherie Blair , a truly awful thing, shite organic food here, the rise and rise of political correctness , Posh Spice(talentless chancer)Isalmic fundamentalism

Like , summer and autumn, many international cuisines, rugby and soccer, the Olympics coming to London, Cornwall, Bath, York, Cambridge, Scotland, British beer, greasy spoons, British irony (the yanks don't get it)

Given that merry old England is the nation of my heritage, then I have to love it all. Whitney castle is mine to inherit if I ever come up with the back taxes. And, someday, I will travel to England and seek out my family and friends. Hell, if I get knighted, as my ancestors were, I might even have a toast with the Queen.
