Jez, I'm so excited for you!!
Honestly, most of the women having babies where I work are in their 30s and early 40s. Just don't let some of the completely boneheaded medical descriptions bother you, like "advanced maternal age" or "elderly multip". Seriously, those terms are so archaic it isn't funny... but they are used to describe someone over the age of 35 having a baby.
I'll knit a whole bunch of baby socks for you (and your hubby) if you want!
Take good care of yourself, and let your more mature children help you out around the house!
