Incidentally we did an exercise a while back on this forum. We logged onto other unrelated message boards and raised the question "What do you think of J W's? "
Unanimously the replies were,"a nuisance" " weirdo" and the like. The best comments were something like "Nice people individually but sadly deluded".
This kind of Service Talk will encourage the naive ones who will believe it. It is a good job that I did not see this ten years ago - I might have used it in my next "item"
