Hi Jayhawk! I'm on hubby's computer, this is Kitten Whiskers. When I was little I LOVED to hear "Grandma got run over by a reindeer", and plan on sharing this with our kids. Also, "The twelve days of Christmas" because I remember spending the night at my grandparents and Grandma and Grandpa tucking us in bed and singing this song while my grandpa played the harmonica or violin. Oh, and "I saw mommy kissing Santa Clause" and "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth" I got away with listening to some of these old records before we gave up xmas for good as jws. kitten whiskers

Up until this year, O Holy Night and and We Three Kings were always my favorites when I was growing up. THEN I heard Ruthy Stock sing "Mary Did You Know" at the convention in PA last October....and my heart was won over! It is now my very favorite Christmas song, and I have heard a few other versions of it on the radio this past week.

The only Christmas music I have now came free with a purchase from Helzburg Diamonds last year, it's a 3 disc set and I listen to it a lot. I've actually been looking around for some new ones lately, I love the ones Bing Crosby sings, but I can't find an entire album of his Christmas stuff.

I recently purchased a Christmas music CD by one of my most favorite artists Dana Cunningham. I love it. Her piano is so beautifully and deeply contemplative as to be most rare.
