    Monkyshine,

    1 John 4:10

Yes, but doesn't this mean we are forgiven as long as we accept Jesus as our saviour and God as his father? We are still sinners and imperfect. Jesus asked his father to forgive them for torturing him, not from the act, but from the fact that we don't know the act is wrong.

There is a clause in that.

And he can control the fact that he loves us, but what about if we love him? That is our decision. He COULD make us but that would be breaking his own rules.

And yes, this is fun Freetosee.

    Monkyshine,

I get you point, that's good reasoning again.

Remember some of the hints: 'it' makes them both happy, it is spoken about directly in the bible...

So is it something we can do and Jesus can't?

It is way past bedtime for me now,

    so here it comes:

So far we have... GOD WANTED IT, BUT DIDN'T DO IT: JESUS WANTED IT, BUT DIDN'T DO IT.

AND A MAN WHO DIDN'T WANT TO DO IT, DID IT.

    What is it?

    Monkyshine, yes

Edit: it is something that is humanly possible but Jesus couldn't do it himself. I mean "we" in humanly possible if that makes sense.

    Can't get paragraphs in posts

It's not putting paragraphs in posts, is it?

    Just kidding again.
