I was born and raised a JW by extreme parents. Was a pioneer and MS. Left the JW organisation for many reasons, most outstanding is the sexual abuse of two of my sisters by a MS of another JW congregation. Finding out was a paralyzing shook at first, but the way it was dealt with / covered up by the WTS through its elders made my turn away in the mid 90ties. To me the paedophilia cover-up is one of the most important issues in exposing and alerting about the WTS’s leadership and protecting as many victims as possible. One of the best things after leaving the WTS/JW is to be able to be free to disagree with others in their believes and life styles, and nevertheless consider them a friend.
