For everyone to get along with everyone else now, we'd all have to be hypnotised.
In the new system, (not that there's going to be one, but I'll pretend), the dubs will get along with each other because the elders will order them to do so.
What would it take for everyone to get along?

There will never be a new system in the way the JWs describe since at the end of times all faithful Christians (and JWs are not even Christian) will be taken away from the earth and up into heavens. There is no mention anywhere of faithful remaining on earth and even the great crowd are in heaven as a careful reading of Revelation will easily show. As for people giving up the regressed state of immaturity that leads to an attitude of conflict and bitterness that will come with a proper degree of spiritualisation and expansion of self awareness.
