I am furious, I have a 1700 square foot house with all new appliances including a new air conditioning system by Trane. What was my bill for June? ($400.00) This is beyond belief. There is a whole house fan that cools the attic on automatic. I am a maniac about shutting lights off, fans etc.
I have a new Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, washer, dryer, and air conditioning system.
I keep the temp at 77 all day. I do have an inground pool that cycles at night for 6 hours, but have a super pump.... and there are 4 computers that go for 24/7. I am told it is hard on them to shut them off and restart them.
So just out of curiousity, what was your power bill?
