Yup, Lady Lee. That sounds like a barbaque at my place. I wouldn't mind doing more of the "work"....it's just that....my wife....shes a control freak and doesn't want me to do any more. LOL.

Funny I came acros this thread now, because I've got leg of lamb (my favorite meat) on the bbq right now.......I'm doing a marinade similiar to the one that an archaeological class did on re-creating the meal for the funeral of King Midas (the remants that was discovered in a cave). The marinade consists of wine, olive oil thyme, pekmez, honey, onions, garlic and salt. The you put it on the rotisere, put the heat on very, very low and let her cook.......it should be ready in another hour or so.....
I've also got asparagus on the grill too...........and of course, a yummy glass of Wolf Blass red vino........doesn't get any better than that!
