If you hang out here you'll get lots of support and caring folks to hear your story. I've been out 4 1/2 years, I raised 3 sons in the religion and now all are out. I got lots of support from worldly folks who have remained my close friends. Don't be afraid of the world, the JW fears were mostly smoke and mirrors.
