  ok rebel you asked for it,,,lol,,,,,,,, i am doing some pics tomorrow,,they will be my before pics,,,,, (hey, maybe some mag will do a story on me, you know, before /after:)

  then i will do monthly, i have a goal for 6 months,,,,so then i will find this link and post.
