I BBQ everything.... steak, fish, pork, lamb.... yum!! My favorite is ribeye steaks, medium rare, on the BBQ... mmmmmmmm!

I fire up the grill and get it really hot, than I coat my steak in fresh ground black pepper and a little garlic, than throw it on the grill for no more than 5 minutes, I like my steak moo'ing...tonight Im having bacon wrapped shrimp on the grill, caught them fresh out of the ocean 2 nights ago.

Medium rare, but will accept medium. It should be a crime to kill a good steak by cooking it more than that.
