Anyone had any experiences Good or Bad. I'm interested in your stories.

No personal experiences (my Christian upbringing kept me away from the occult) but I have heard some accounts of those who have tried it. For some, nothing happened but for others supernatural things obviously occurred on playing the "game".

Coincidently, two teenagers turned up in our church this month. They tried it out with very little faith in it but ended up having an ongoing traumatic experience and much faith in the power of it.

There are plenty of skeptics and those who can explain it all away. However, have a read for yourself, there are far too many accounts of those who have had dire side effects and consequences from using one. Start here

I believe there can be dire consequences, but they are usually either coincidence or a product of their right brain. It is about as likely to create bad effects on its own as dreaming can--messages on the Ouija board come from the same source as dreams.

I view a Ouija board as an entertainment device only. There is a chance of getting sound advice from it, but there is also the chance of getting misleading advice (the same as with dreaming). I bought one to slap the witlesses in the face, and I have yet to have any demons in it. However, there is one good thing about a Ouija board--if the witlesses come to your door, you can pull out one and pretend that the demons are after them. That ought to drive those cockroaches away, and then you will have gotten your money's worth out of it.

That's what I've read before. I frequent another board and this subject came up. The overwhelming response was a negative and sometimes traumatic experience. Especially for the unititiated.

From my own personal experience my plumber tried it with a bunch of his friends when he was a teenager with dire consequences.

I've never tried it myself and never will. Although I don't really believe in the supernatural this stuff scares the shit out of me.

Listen well to my story, those who believe the ouija is harmless.

Many years ago, on a dark and stormy night, I consulted the ouija about my future. The horrific result? Nothing whatsoever.

It's a cardboard game, a toy, people! Some of you sound more like superstitious dubs than informed apostates. What's next -- avoid yard sales? Who knows, maybe the ouija cursed that Tupperware bowl you want to buy.

Sheesh.
