The WTS is a member of CESNUR an organisation that seeks to promote new religions and to oppose anti cult actions by governments on the grounds that these are attacks on personal and religious freedom.

Surprise surprise the other members of this organisation make up a strange brood: mormons, scientologists, New Agers, Ramtha's school of ancient wisdom, etc. clearly the WTS that criticises mainstream christianity so much chooses to join forces with such dubious religions in CESNUR. But then it's not surprising since they all seem to have occultic roots.

Below is the schedule of the 1998 conference with the WTS reps giving talks in session 18.

Isn't that strange for them to mingle with Babylon as they call all other religions? Note also that the ex JW who exposed the above participation of the WTS was threatened with legal action and imprisonment by both the WTS and the Mormons.

What a surprise eh, when jws were probably slagging off other religions from the platform, they were sitting in a conference with members of those religions! Actually, they took part in this year's conference as well

Jehovah's Witness and the Anti-Cult Movement: Human Rights Issues - John B. BROWN

    Sunday July 16, 2006

This is a section of the material presented

Disfellowshipping alone is not a human rights abuse. The sentence of disfellowshipping is not a human rights abuse unless human rights principles or laws, as defined by international human rights declarations and treaties, are breached.

Social boycotting as a part of disfellowshipping is not alone a human rights abuse. Social boycotts have been an effective form of nonviolent resistance.[iv] , [v] Some anticult activists[vi] have interpreted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) to mean that disfellowshipping is a human rights violation. Disfellowshipping is not “torture cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment and punishment" as some anticult activist have claimed.

The whole talk is on this link http://www.cesnur.org/2006/sd_brown.htm

Candidly obviously the R&F weren't informed for this participation just as they knew nothing about the UN NGO thing, because they would find it very disturbing, what's the clean organisation of Jehovah doing with the New Agers for example an openly occultic religion.

I find this info on the net but not any transcripts the CESNUR site is at www.cesnur.org

The Watertower society can do whatever they want but the rank and file must toe the line and be in submission.
