First Annual Irish Apost O'Fest

After talking to people at Mike's barbecue, there seems to be some demand for an apostafest in Dublin so I'm throwing the idea out there to see who's interested.

I don't have room to host a party but there are plenty of things to do in Dublin (most of which involve drinking) and it's easy to get here, with Ryanair flights from most UK airports from as little as one English penny! And flights from mainland Europe are cheap too.

I'm thinking some time in September while the weather might still be good (not guaranteed at any time of year in Ireland) but I'm open to different opinions. I mean, I'm gonna be here anyway.

So what do you all think? Anyone interested?

I love Dublin, an excuse to go there would be great! Would I be invited? I don't know if I qualify as apostate yet.

Ireland is one of those places I've wanted to visit for as far back as I can remember. If only I had the $$$$ to spare...

I guess I'll just have to settle for the local Irish festivals for the time...

OH my god. Don't even tempt me with such an offer. You do not realize how much I've always wanted to go to Ireland. If only I could figure out a way to leave the jw wife at home....

Sounds good to me! The end of September would be better for me, I'm on holiday at the beginning. I've been looking at some cheap accomadation in Dublin, the hostels in temple bar start at 20 euro a night! Not too bad, especially if a few of us get together and rent a dorm just for us. See you then!
