Do you wash your hands after you pee? (if you don't would dare admit it?)

  I just spent the last 3 out of 4 nights at the ice arena watching hockey. For some reason it struck me going to the bathroom (there was a line at times) that at least half of the guys going pee didn't wash when they left the restroom.

  So statistically that might mean that half of the guys on this board don't either.

  I'll admit sometimes I just rinse, not always using soap. But why isn't everyone washing or rinsing at least?

  Can anyone explain why? Are guys too lazy? Do not believe in germs?

  Do you wash after you go to the bathroom? If you don't, would you admit it and say why?

  I think the thing is is that urine is not dangerous for humans like feces are. The urinal is not connected to the toilet so there's no much dangerous of transmission of stuff.

  So in conclusion, I don't wash when I'm in a hurry (like trying to catch a bus at 10pm when another one won't be by for another half hour), but I'll rinse. When I was younger I never used to wash my hands, never saw the point.

  i usually just run my hands under the watwe for like 2-3 seconds,no soap.Its not like I pissed on myself!

  Out on the tractor, hunting, fishing etc.......... probably not.

  But then, My dad showed me how to tinkle and not piss on myself ..............

  I cannot abide those disgusting people who don't wash their hands, they have no idea how much contamination they spread. Their germs and filth go onto everything they touch, door handles, cutlery, whoever they shake hands with, whatever they touch until they wash their hands properly, it's disgusting. I wash my hands before I even button my fly, and sometimes again afterward. Maybe I am a bit obsessed with having clean hands, I just think it's disgusting when you happen to be in a public toilet and some filth comes in, takes a leak and then walks straight back out without washing his hands, ewww, I don't know how they do it. Then they go and touch their women and kids with those germs. Disgusting. It's like passive smoking, those people who don't wash their hands are contaminating the rest of us and should be drowned in detol.

  Wow I'm glad I didnt post what I was gonna post! dh would be all over it. I think I'll just keep my mouth shut. I'm kinda afraid of elephants with afros.

  I have to wash my hands! It's soo gross not to. Think about some of the disgusting people who have been in there before you, and where their hands might have been. Especially at the bar where people puke and are just generally unclean.

  No disrespect to your comments here, but human urine, from healthy people is not generally considered a dangerous contaminant.

  In spite of that; I wash my hands after every pee!

  Sometimes I wonder about the paradox of how much we are told to wash our hands after handling Mr. Happy while at the same time we have no problem with certain "oral" activities.
