I have an adhesion.
I had major surgery on my talus (a bone) and had pins put in them, protruding from my skin. One they took the pins out, the skin is stuck to my bone!
I am assuming that is one... but not in a severe place like your abdomen! I had my appendix out and nothing happened; just scarring.
