Have you ever stood in a crowded room full of people and still felt all alone? Sometimes I feel that way, but I get something else on my mind and it stops. Before you know it I'll be nineteen, unmarried, and an old maid! Dad says I shouldn't worry about those things right now. I have decided to travel a little, take some college classes, and see the world.
I envy so many of the women on this board. They have survived it all and still can smile and be happy. That takes guts! Well, at least I got my drivers license. Now, I will visit Paris, roll my hair into a net, and do some French cooking for a change. Those French wines have a great reputation. Can't wait to sample a couple of those.
You gals out there, thank you so much for putting up with me! You all know so much more than I do about the Watchtower. You suffered more than I did, you gave and sacrificed more than I did. And when I think about how you went on and kept going in spite of all the battles you had to win. I just cry. (Paris bound soon, thanks to Dad!)
