I will download it in my wife's phone since she still has not seen TTATT. The WT could use this as a tool to spy but I think that would backfire quickly.

The app is up, at least for android. Just downloaded it on my phone.

The iPad up is up.

You need iOs6 or above to be able to download it.

It's huge - it's taken a fair while to download so far.

Where can I find the terms of use for this app? do they exist, or do we just blindly trust everything that is available on iTunes? I've had to uninstall apps that have turned out to contain "features" that I did not know they had, and would really like to review exactly what it in this app before I put it on the device I use for personal and financial matters.
