You are the rare person that studied with no intention of following through - like you were a tourist. I remember when I confessed my thoughts to some worldly people I trusted. It was such an eye opener to see how easily they dismissed Armageddon talk or the power of the elders and things similar. Raised to believe how "important" and "holy" and "universal sovereignty-deciding" it all was - and being surrounded by the environment of constant meetings and service - it is a bit jolting (and important) to see how it is so easily dismissed by outsiders. The whole edifice starts to shrink before your eyes...
