I think you mean:
"The New World Society," by Marley Cole
don't know if this is a global thing but i've just been told by a pimo member of my old congregation that a min servant has been given the task of destroying all old books/literature in the kh library prior to 1992.. could be the elders (or even one of them) on a mission to stamp out dissent as my ex-wife used the same reasoning to her elder dad that i used in my jc: rutherfords books containing failed predictions.. anyone else heared anything?.
the ms who's been given the task is a company man.
no hope of him keeping them or selling them on ebay.. they have some russell books in that library too.

from the wt dated dec 2017 - study 1 para 11 studied by all congregations 4th feb 2018. the question asked on this paragraph is:.
what did the physician luke report happened to a young man, and how did that affect others?”.
paragraph 11 in this wt reads:.
Paul brought the young man back - not Luke.
But they wrote about PHYSICIAN Luke, that every JW is believing, that the young man was REALLY dead.
not being a witness has been a plus for my sex life.
.
what about you!
Didnt Jah execute a man for masturbation in the old testament? Scared the crap outta me as a child.
NO.
Masturbation is never mentioned in the Bible.
An emission of semen ist not a sin. According to the bible the man is unclean until the evening. Nothing more. It's typical Watchtower scaremongering.
(Leviticus 15:16-18) 16 “‘Now in case a man has an emission of semen go out from him, he must then bathe all his flesh in water and be unclean until the evening. 17 And any garment and any skin upon which the emission of semen gets to be must be washed with water and be unclean until the evening. 18 “‘As for a woman with whom a man may lie down with an emission of semen, they must bathe in water and be unclean until the evening.

Thanks for your analysis. But consider this:
Lucas as writer reports that he was present at this event (according to the JW bible):
Acts 20:7 On the first day of the week, when we were gathered together to have a meal, ...
And the question for § 11:
11. What did the physician Luke report happened to a young man
I interpret the question as follows: what did Luke report in Acts 20:7-12 about the young man.
But:
Some Bible translations do not have the word "we", but "the disciples" instead.
The Interlinear-Translation shows the word "we" - so the JWs are not necessarily wrong at this point.
... and if so, how do we know that he was the first to reach Eutychus after he fell?
Nobody knows. Therefore the § reads:
... Perhaps the physician Luke was the first to reach Eutychus, and Luke made a medical assessment: Eutychus was not merely injured and unconscious—he was dead!...
We all know this is pure speculation. And that in the brave sheep's minds this should be taken up as fact.
Have a nice sunday and best wishes from germany

Thanks für uploading the S-80 form.
I appreciate your work very much.
this is certainly interesting.
it's not a clampdown on watchtowers freedom to collect information, just an insistence by one advocate general of the european court of justice that consent must be obtained.

elders arranged a sort of informal visit by a more capable elder accompanied by another brother who is more qualified than me from academic background.
their purpose was to reason with me as a last resort to avoid a jc.. during the two-hour discussion, i could make my point clear to them: “i don’t think any one particular religion has the whole truth.
it may be existing as bits and piece in all religions and schools of thought.

23 Usually a committee of three elders is designated to handle a case of grave wrongdoing. They do not act as mere judges or ‘spiritual policemen.’ They are shepherds of the flock, and prove to be such when dealing with an individual wrongdoer. A shepherd of literal sheep does not display a spirit of vengeance, harshness or faultfinding. Nor should the elders. They are there to help, not to condemn. (Jude 23) Their goal is to turn the sinner back from his way, if that is possible.—Jas. 5:19, 20.
*** w75 8/1 p. 474 par. 14 Elders Presiding in a Fine Way ***
14 All the elders should appreciate their position in relation to the other brothers and sisters in the congregation. They are not spiritual bosses or spiritual policemen. They do not have to pry into the lives of other members of the congregation or concern themselves with the personal problems of every brother and sister.
*** w66 9/1 p. 539 A Provision for Spiritual Help in Times of Need ***We all know better
It is important for those in the congregation to appreciate why this congregation committee exists. These men should not be viewed as spiritual policemen to be feared. True, the overseer and the two other brothers on the committee watch out for the spiritual welfare of the sheeplike ones in their care, but they are to do so as loving shepherds, tenderly, and not in an arbitrary and dictatorial manner. They are not bosses, but are servants.

Something occurred to me today. Quite randomly as i was working away at my desk i remembered an illustration from the Bible Teach book in which Satan claimed he knew better than Jehovah about ruling mankind. Here's the illustration from Chapter 11.
This illustration would not longer work with an chemistry class and chemical formulas on the board.
With this argument, I will not attack the godlike governing body and a JW may think about this wrong illustration.
Still a brilliant illustration pale.emperor
geoffrey jackson testified to the arc that the governing body has apologized for things in the past, so an apology to sexual abuse victims is "perceivable".
what has the governing body ever apologized for?.
22 q. just on that point, mr jackson, has the governing body23 considered apologising to survivors of child sexual abuse24 at the hands of elders within the organisation?25 a. i haven't been in any discussions with regard to that.26 27 q. is that something that you foresee might happen ‐ in 28 other words, that an apology at least be considered?29 a. the governing body has apologised on other matters, so30 for me to say ‐ i can't speak collectively for everybody, 31 but we have apologised on things in the past, in other32 areas, so it is perceivable.. .
Quotes from WT - PIMI JWs will show as evidence, that the WT has apologized AND was not wrong:
*** w76 7/15 p. 441 pars. 15-16 A Solid Basis for Confidence ***
15 But it is not advisable for us to set our sights on a certain date, neglecting everyday things we would ordinarily care for as Christians, such as things that we and our families really need. We may be forgetting that, when the “day” comes, it will not change the principle that Christians must at all times take care of all their responsibilities. If anyone has been disappointed through not following this line of thought, he should now concentrate on adjusting his viewpoint, seeing that it was not the word of God that failed or deceived him and brought disappointment, but that his own understanding was based on wrong premises.
16 However, say that you are one who counted heavily on a date, and, commendably, set your attention more strictly on the urgency of the times and the need of the people to hear. And say you now, temporarily, feel somewhat disappointed; are you really the loser? Are you really hurt? We believe you can say that you have gained and profited by taking this conscientious course. Also, you have been enabled to get a really mature, more reasonable viewpoint.—Eph. 5:1-17.
*** w80 3/15 pp. 17-18 pars. 5-6 Choosing the Best Way of Life ***Not false - only premature
5 In modern times such eagerness, commendable in itself, has led to attempts at setting dates for the desired liberation from the suffering and troubles that are the lot of persons throughout the earth. With the appearance of the book Life Everlasting—in Freedom of the Sons of God, and its comments as to how appropriate it would be for the millennial reign of Christ to parallel the seventh millennium of man’s existence, considerable expectation was aroused regarding the year 1975. There were statements made then, and thereafter, stressing that this was only a possibility. Unfortunately, however, along with such cautionary information, there were other statements published that implied that such realization of hopes by that year was more of a probability than a mere possibility. It is to be regretted that these latter statements apparently overshadowed the cautionary ones and contributed to a buildup of the expectation already initiated.
6 In its issue of July 15, 1976, The Watchtower, commenting on the inadvisability of setting our sights on a certain date, stated: “If anyone has been disappointed through not following this line of thought, he should now concentrate on adjusting his viewpoint, seeing that it was not the word of God that failed or deceived him and brought disappointment, but that his own understanding was based on wrong premises.” In saying “anyone,” The Watchtower included all disappointed ones of Jehovah’s Witnesses, hence including persons having to do with the publication of the information that contributed to the buildup of hopes centered on that date.
*** w97 9/1 p. 21 par. 11 Keep Jehovah’s Day Close in Mind ***
11 Ridiculers may well have mocked faithful Christians because these had as yet unrealized expectations. Shortly before Jesus died, his disciples “were imagining that the kingdom of God was going to display itself instantly.” Then, after his resurrection they asked whether the Kingdom would be set up right away. Also, about ten years before Peter wrote his second letter, some were “excited” by “a verbal message” or “a letter,” reputedly from the apostle Paul or his companions, “to the effect that the day of Jehovah is here.” (Luke 19:11; 2 Thessalonians 2:2; Acts 1:6) Such expectations of Jesus’ disciples, however, were not false, only premature. Jehovah’s day would come!
