  Jehovah uses the government to discipline his people

  i had a conversation with my dad concerning the legal cases the jws are loosing and how their policies are still lacking.

  he answered that he has confidence that jehovah will give his people the wisdom and discernment necessary to make the changes.

  i then explained that most of the improvements were made as a result of various court cases, including the australian commission.. my dad: well, than, jehovah uses the governments to discipline his people just like he did with the jews.

  we supposedly had more than a few “demonized” people in our congregation.

  they would hear voices or feel internal punishment within their souls.

  the answer was always—-these people were affected by the demons and they needed counseling!.

  I am criticizing a fictional imagination that was created by ancient middle east tribes, which I too believed to be true once.

  His wisdom is far surpassing to ours, so we should just keep our opinions to ourselves.

  Also this whole belief system that in his perfect justice (that we can't question or even understand according to the GB) all the 6000 plus years of human existence filled with so much injustice and suffering - that he still watches it all and lets it continue on to wait on humans to realize he has the right to rule. If I worked for a boss that let bad things continue over and over again to happen and did not take control of the workplace properly I would rightly conclude that this boss does not have the right to govern.

  God can become a raving maniac

  Yes, the Bible has several incidents where the almighty becomes a Raving maniac. How come this is possible if he is the Epitome of love ? Losing patience and becoming angry on petty things are the worst of imperfections and yet the Almighty very often Succumbs to it.

  In a personal discussion with an elder, I was told that BigJ would resurrect the (innocent) people that he himself killed like the first born of Egyptians, 70K killed due to Davids Census and so on.

  Yes, And the ones like Sodom and Gomorroh wouldn't.

  Right. I used to do the same when debating with any other JW or Christians. When I relate a Biblical Event with a similar experience they would provide normal feedback..

  As soon as I say its from the Bible, they would go on with the Defensive crap like "God Knows best", "Nothing is evil in Gods Eyes", "Jah will resurrect even if he kills" and so on....

  I heard from a talk in the KH, that Big J killed him because Uzzah mayhave had bad intentions and BigJ knows best because he is a reader of hearts. Amazing ring masters !!

  Also, this fictional incident might have been written to implement implicit obedience.
