so i had a discussion with my mother about this, and she claims that because of this that: "we are surely living in the last days right now" while i must admit myself that the situation seem chaotic, i don't want to believe that it is the last days.

Sweden, Germany, Benelux, Austria, France, italy,, want a joint solution with a apportionment, but the easter- EU countries, poland, chzecz, slovak, hungary dont want it yet., because they have not experience with integration, or with muslim faith and of course not the financel strength. So a joint solution will be have to achieved, if not all 1- 7 Millionn awaited refugees come to germany.

First of all, every country has the right to decide what population should settle in. Germany does not allows Romanian and Bulgarians, member of EU, to work freely there. They closed their labor market for ENTIRE Eastern EU members till 2011. We there do not give a rat if 80 millions of Pakistani, Syrians, Malians, and Somali move to Germany. It is not our problem. Additionally, WTF you talking about muslim faith? Do you realize that Slavic Bosnia is muslim? That there is a huge muslim population in the Balkans? Do you even know that Czech Republic or Slovenia are economically far more advanced that old EU countries like Portugal and Greece, and have a quality of life ahead of UK? Do you even bothered to find out that Poland accepted 400,000 refugees from Ukraine, and tens of thousands are living in the Czech Republic? Or do you know that Vietnamese are second largest ethnic group in the Czech Republic with community of 70,000? So keep the anti-Eastern European propaganda on .at or .de.

Many in EU fail to see that the refugees are illegal immigrants and they are braking law by entering illegally into EU. There is nothing wrong for foreigner to move to different country, but it needs to be done by accordingly immigration laws in each country. What is happening in places like Hungary is nothing more than invasion. International trains from Hungary were cancelled to Slovakia, Germany, Czech Republic and Austria. Thousands of refugees were vandalizing Budapest-Keleti train station and demanded to go to Germany. Hungarian government trying to get rid off them got one train running toward Vienna. When the refugees find out that it will not continue beyond Austria to Germany, they started rioting on railway line outside Sopron. It is expected the mass of thousands of people will move northwest by this weekend where situation in Hungary will be repeated in Slovakia. Another 250,000 are on the way between Greece and Serbia. This is a huge number and I would not be suprised that eventually armed forced would be called in to deal with the situation.

You do not decide it what relationship of two adults should be called.

What ever can define >>many<< is irrelevant to SCOTUS, which does not determine its ruling. You also seem clueless how SCOTUS work. At the time of the gay marriage ruling, it was already legal in majority states, and some states like ME implemented gay marriage by popular vote. U.S. president cannot force SCOTUS making decision, and USA is not single party or one man dictatorship.

Truthseeker, these refugees came to EU to milk welfare benefits and free ride, and significant majority of them will never, never work. They want to go to the richest country that provides the highest allowance and benefits, and they are not happy to stay in middle income, but safe countries. In the Czech Republic, refugees destroyed the centers twice and threatened it to set it on fire, demanded more allowances, mobile phones, better cloths, and immediate free transfer to German borders. Similar riot happened in Slovakia, and currently Hungary. Czech Republic had already accepted 60,000 refugees from war-torn Ukraine since spring 2014, and they do not cause any problem. However, this horde is a clearly threat to national security and welfare of the European community.

Problem has increased when Germany started to invite them, but wants rest of Europe to share the cost. Merkel is bullying UK, Czech, Republic, and Poland; but Germany cannot boss anyone on countries how to run their immigration policy. German is overstepping authority or treaties defined by EU. Neither country is using Euro, and Germany cannot boss them around. Refugees are spilling from Hungary (currently at the rate 200 per day) and this will destabilize any country.

The refugee crisis should had been stopped outside EU borders and with expelling Greece from Schengen. Only 40% of the refugees are Syrians. While certain groups certainly deserve asylum and protections, all immigration needs to be done legal way by securing proper immigration documents and permit. Every country has the right to choose and reject who can settle in their country. USA would not tolerate it either. Wealthy ME countries could definitely share the burden with the refugees as well.

My guess, she would be sent to jail. Federal justice could try to make example of her case, and really sent her for some time to serve for contempt of court. Even in jail she can be still be county official, because KY has specific proceeding to remove someone from the office. Even fines would do nothing, because all the bills will be funded and paid by her supporters. Even KY state legislators are supporting her.

I do not hate the woman either, but she put her face into the public spot and her personal life with it. She does not have a life in order, yet she is deciding from her religious conviction what two adults should do. This is illegal and considering her private life, also hypocritical.

ISIS is not solvable in the present distribution of the coalition forces. The only better resolution is to give a Kurds own statehood at the expense of Syria, Iraq, and Turkey. Turkey does not want it and is fighting Kurds. Arabs, Irans are also against each other. Russia is supporting own fraction in Syria, while West another. Any direct land intervention would only mean escalation of war into states friendly to USA like Turkey and Jordan.

I am for a legal proceeding having her removed from the position. Demonstrating at her driveway is a harassment and illegal. However, the SCOTUS ruled clearly, and she is violating federal laws. It is not up to her to decide if two consenting adults are getting married. Federal court will deal with her and she will have her 15 minute fame.

Her personal life is all over the news. She is a public figure and she should think prior digging in her bigotry what stain on her marriage(s) would be revealed by press. Considering that she is married four times and had children with a man who was not her husband and yet showing her fundamentalist beliefs into other face regarding other people marriage is nothing more than hypocrisy.

This is correct. I do not have problem with a legal immigration conducted by standard set of laws and regulation. However, what is happening is total violation of immigration laws by this refugee exodus who disregard national sovereignty and want to settle in countries where the welfare benefits are the highest.

The Dublin 3 Treaty was clear on handling refugees and granting asylum for people in distress. Refugees that are rioting in Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic and demand higher allowances are nothing more than hostile invasion. These people think that it is Hungarian government responsibility to drop them at Austrian borders without even paying transportation ticket. For past several days Hungarian railways are paralyzed, trains leaving Budapest are delayed by hours. I was watching Hungarian news and nothing good nor benefit will come from these hordes for EU. Leftist governments are refusing to address the issue and they are refusing to communicate with the local population that bears the cost with this exodus.

Germany until 2011 was banning all citizens from Central Europe to work there, while Ireland and UK opened markets already in 2004. Romanians and Bulgarians are still forbidden to work in Germany. So instead Bulgarian programmers, and Romanian engineers, Germany will get experts on head cutting, shoe bomb making, and goat hording. 800,000 all of them. What is now exiting Hungary in these transports, should scare any sane German. They can welcome them with open arms, and seize vacant homes to settle these refugees as needed, so Germany can truly and fully experience cultural enrichment, but in reality Germany would not be able to cope with the exodus. And this exodus will not stop at this winter either.

Either way, Central Europe does not want to deal with it, as these refugees do not want to be there. They want German welfare money and care. As Czech official said yesterday, Merkel will claim in front of her voters that the Central Europe caused the problem by not accommodating the exodus and they will get blamed for everything wrong what this migration wave is causing.

She is not forced by the government to conduct gay marriage ceremony. Her sole responsibility is to conduct federal, state, and county obligation as an elected official and county clerk. Whatever she believes, is irrelevant as she is in a public position and she is required to conduct her duties accordingly. If she cannot uphold elected duties, she should resign. She is absolutely no in authority to enforce her misguided religious beliefs in public office. She should be removed from office and jailed for contempt of court, which will happen.

This four time married, glutton is cherry picking her biblical reasoning. If she is thorough with her Christian faith, she should demand to be stoned for adultery.
