by got my forty homey? inok, so we all know that the society if against ouija boards.
but even many "worldy" spirtualist and ufo types say ouija boards are dangerous.. so, have any of you ever messed around with one?.
i did with my wife and sister in law and all it spewed out was meaningless garbage.

I am too freaked out to try one. I have a friend (who's never been a JW) tell me an awful story about messing around with one when she was 12. They all had horrible nightmares and saw black orbs/blobs flying through her house. They had to call in a priest to get rid of them. *shudders*

I do remember an article in the newspaper here in Colorado that a yoga teacher wanted to incorporate it into the school system in Aspen; however the Christians were having an absolute fit. They were worried all that meditation and stretching would make their children worship satan or something to that effect. Ah yes, yoga is quite violent like that.

i dont know about you, but i always end up putting on at least 2-5 lbs on, over the holidays....why can't i have fun like everyone else and not suffer any side effects?

they were saying that jehovah can be your best friend, and you have to view him as a real person.. even when i was a jw, i could never buy into this crap.
how can you develope a relationship if there's only communication one way?

I got that Body Flex and it just made me laugh. I could not believe she wanted me to breathe that way! I mean it, I could not stop laughing and threw away those tapes.
Simplesally - I know, it's pretty funny looking. Too bad you didn't give it a try tho....In a matter of two weeks I'd dropped 11 inches off my entire body, while still eating pizza and chocolate. It works!
Morton - yes, you do deep diaphramic breathing techniques. It looks really funny and sounds wierd, but if you do it religiously for 15 min. everday, you'll see results.
