  as i can't post to the original thread started by nicolaou, i'm doing so here:.

  hi fleur,but the part that really, well, frankly creeped me out for lack of a better term, is that he left his wife and child, then starved himself nearly to death before he realized that this wasn't the way to go, and he lived as a homeless person, begging food as he went on his path to enlightenment.

  that's a rather simplified version of events.

  ok so maybe i'm being played but believe it or not, i just got a letter from the president, that's right, the president of the united states of america!!!

  he was thanking many of his constituents for supporting him in his campaign.

  and get this, unlike the the problems that are resulting from donald rumsfeld's not taking the time to sign the letters, notifying their loved ones of the soldiers deaths, this appears to be written out in his own personal handwriting.

  he was thanking many of his constituents for supporting him in his campaign.

  Czar: What they can't understand nor comprehend is that their world and circles are not indicative of what everyone elses life is. I also choose to laugh at their idiocy and I know that I have a couple of real close friends here on the board that understand why I find this so funny

  HS and Six the latter comment was to YOU both. You ASSUME that a person could not have any connections, you seem to know everything, you think NO one but you have the answers. You crack me up. You never step back and realize that not everyone is in your situation. This has nothing to do with political affiliation but again you ASSUME because you think you just know everything. Well, somethings aren't what they appear and somethings just can't be discussed on a message board do to security but lets say you both crack me up....

  RWagoner: My letter doesn't say the same thing that Phrophecors does. The President does write personal letters in certain situations. Also, the Christmas cards go out to secret service, friends, dignitaries etc. My son received one this year..he says it was awesome.

  It cracks me up that everyone thinks they KNOW so much and never stop to realize that others may know just a little bit more due to circumstances, connections etc.

  this is not an introduction to sociology, just typing without much reflection.

  do you think the wt would survive if they did not shun or ignore "apostates" (or anyone who does not follow the rules), be realistic, jw org is still an small group with survival instincts..

  besides ignoring, is a very tipical human trick anyway, or do you think you could be accepted in any private club you want to?

  i am not going to divulge any names or contact details as i do not what this being taken much further.. i will cut to the chase, i have fallen in love with a jehova's witness.

  i am not a jehova's witness... can you see where this is going?

  i have been told that her being in love with me is strictly against jw "policy"... now, i have been scowering the net for days now, becomming increasingly insomniate and i have to admit, i have found nothing to support this warning.
