  Why can't US witnesses wish "good luck"?

  i've often read here on jwd that a jw can't wish someone "good luck".

  i've searched this forum and i've searched the wt library, but i have not been able to find anything.

  can someone please explain why?

  this news story about the latest move in china's preperations for the olympic games is just nuts.

  i avoid buying products made in china whenever possible (almost impossible).

  I love cats, and I hate any one who treats them badly.

  Chinese seem to treat domestic animals like any other animal you can eat. They have no respect for domestic animals.

  I hate China and it's leaders. Their days are numbered, either by war or Armageddon.

  Winter is nice, but........it's too long here.

  When I got up this morning, I saw all the snow on my balcony. I had to shovel all that earlier and now it's clean. My poor kitty couldn't see outside....

  

  Then It took 1 hour to shovel around my car and get it out. You can see where I was parked... Now it's up to the others to shovel and get their cars out.

  Anyone know the rules on JW's and Tattoo's????

  i'm an inactive fader (only fading and not da'd for the sake of my family) but i still have all of my privileges and haven't done anything (that the hounders know about) that would get me df'd.

  however, a fews years ago before i was baptized i got a few tattoos.

  i want to get some new ones and get a some of my old ones touched up.

  It is snowing like a bastard!!!....

  .....in ohio started yesterday and isn't supposed to stop until tomorrow morning.

  when i see this kind of weather it makes me think of the absurd policy of the borg that the sisters must always dress in a skirt for field service.

  can you imagine having snow blowing up your skirt at 40 mph????.

  Next year, we will be obliged to have snow tires on from November 15th to April 15th.

  A year ago, they were talking about global warming and having less snow in the winter.... Ha !!!
