  his personal beliefs and the personal rights of citizens.

  I was COMPLETELY unaware that Birthing a Baby UP Until the head was out, then inserting a scissor into the skull and scrambling the brain of the live kicking baby, then suctioning it out...even a day AFTER the due date...was a "right" I thought that was murder...but, that's what he's in favor of allowing others to do.

  I also find it "interesting" or at least informative of his character that the Bush administration has offered to brief Kerry and his people on the information they have concerning AQ wanting to attack the US during and to disrupt the election...yet Kerry hasn't found time for the briefing yet....he found time to listen to Whoope Goldberg and company disrespect the President of the US...but not to be breifed on a threat to the US that involves him and his campaign...then again...he'd leave stuff like this to the UN were he president. Jaque Chirac could be in charge of the Department of Homeland security.

  how come the us media haven't mentioned a word about us troops abusing children in iraq, in their prisons and on cuba?

  it's all over europe - but inside the us the subject is never mentioned.. so much for the "land of freedom" (for war criminals!

  Two important issues are brought up that contradict what Kent was trying to "prove" by this thread: First, this IS in the US media, second...these guys are being charged...tried...and if found guilty, punished.

  The U.S. military said last week that three soldiers, now back in their base at Fort Carson, Colo., have been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the Jan. 3 drowning of an Iraqi detainee. A fourth soldier faces charges of pushing a second man, who survived, into the same river.

  isaiah is sometimes called "the fifth gospel", and with good reason.

  i just wanted to post some of the wonderful prophecies about jesus the messiah in the book of isaiah:.

  isaiah 7:14: therefore the lord himself will give you a sign: behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name immanuel.. isaiah 9:6-7: for unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government will be upon his shoulder.

  One thing you're all not considering...the virginity of the maiden can be presumed.

  In the long run I agree, though, it's not necessarily about Jesus...and Isaiah 56, I think it's just as good a description of those killed in the holocaust as it is of Jesus.
